3x3: On Using Time Wisely, Trusting the Process, and Simplifying Success
3 impactful ideas and 3 thought-provoking visuals every week.
Welcome to this new edition:
Most people live like Time doesn’t exist.
They act as if their struggles and limitations are permanent. But Time isn’t the enemy.
It’s the ultimate tool to shape the life you want. If you use it right.
1. Time Exposes the Truth
Time always tells the truth.

Your life today is the result of your past actions (or inaction). And you shouldn’t blame yourself if you’re unhappy with your current situation, it’s about clarity and responsibility.
If you invested in your growth, Time amplified your efforts. If you avoided challenges, Time made your avoidance clear.
But don’t worry, I have a good news: Time doesn’t care about your past. It only cares about “What will you do today?”.
You skipped workouts for months? Start today, and Time will reward you with strength, health, and energy.
You procrastinated on learning coding or public speaking? Begin now, and Time will turn your small efforts into a valuable expertise.
You neglected friendships? Reach out today, and Time will rebuild what you thought was lost.
Time is neutral.
It doesn’t heal you or punish you.
It simply multiplies whatever you feed it.
So, feed Time with consistent action, and it will offer you a future you’ll be proud of.
2. Trust Yourself to Figure It Out
Most people believe confidence comes from being ready. But confidence doesn’t come from knowing everything upfront. It comes from trusting your ability to figure things out along the way.

Overthinking keeps you stuck. Trusting yourself sets you free.
When I signed up for my first marathon, I wasn’t confident because I was ready. I was confident because I trusted myself to train and improve over time, and that trust changed everything.
When I took on a job outside my comfort zone, I didn’t have all the answers. But I trusted myself to learn, adapt, and grow over time. And that’s all I needed to start.
When you trust yourself, overthinking becomes unnecessary.
So, stop trying to solve problems that don’t exist yet. Solve what’s in front of you, one step at a time.
Confidence isn’t about readiness, it’s about trusting yourself to grow into readiness.
3. Think in Terms of Time, Not Difficulty

The problem isn’t that your goals are hard. It’s that you’re using the wrong logic to solve them.
Instead of “I’m not skilled enough to do this”, ask yourself “How many months do I need to learn this skill?”
Replace “I’ll never achieve this” with “What daily habits should I start, in order to achieve this over the next year?”
Every big goal becomes achievable when you think in terms of Time and not in terms of your current abilities. In one case you shut the door, in the other you welcome opportunities.
So, next time you’re facing any problem, ask yourself, “How much time do I need to solve this?”
Then reverse-engineer your habits, actions, and schedule to fit that timeline.
Instead of “I could NEVER run a marathon,” ask: “How many months do I need to train?” The answer is probably 3 to 6 months of running a few times a week. Suddenly, it’s not impossible, it’s a plan.
Time is the metric that will simplify all your goals into plans.
Growth Takes Time, But Time Can Work For You
Time is the ultimate cheat code, but it only works if you do.
Who you are today doesn’t matter as much as who you want to become, and how much time you’re willing to dedicate to becoming that person.
Time isn’t holding you back, you are.
The life you want is closer than you think… and it’s just waiting for you to show up.
